Extension Roof – Council Bungalow – Tipton

Council Bungalow – Tipton. Work included a new extension roof with Marley plain tiles. A dry ridge and valley system with Harris hips was used for this installation.

Quoting process: we had a leak from our ceiling during the night. I called 5 firms the next morning. Gareth was quick to arrive and provided a a good quote compared to others for the re-roof job – both pitched and flat roofs. He understood the urgency of our problem and was willing to work on the same weekend to get the job done. Actual work: Gareth arranged for all necessary materials, skip and scaffolding in an efficient manner. Great communication in informing us of the timeline. He has a hard-working team of 6 which allowed the job to be finished during the weekend. They were respectful of our neighbours and kept the site clean after the job is done. Needless to say our roof looks much better now and the leak has also stopped. There is a 10-year warranty provided. Post-work: Gareth chased the skip and scaffolding companies to perform their obligations. He kept us informed throughout the process and also took charge to clean our driveway afterwards although the responsibility was with the other companies. Overall a really positive experience. Honest and hardworking tradesmen, would definitely recommend. Thank you for all your hard work!
